My son and I leave for Disneyland tomorrow at noon. I'm very excited and am also looking at this as 'exposure' work. Why not just completely throw myself into it, right? So... a) I'm flying, b) headed to Cali where there have been FIVE earthquakes this week, c) away from the comfort of home (safe place), d) praying my japanese homestay student doesn't starve the dog or burn down the house and e) will hopefully have an incredible vacation. I'm very thankful for this site (and my therapist). It helps to be guided in what I would consider, acts of courage. I'll post when I get back to let you know how it went... oh, I'm also going to Palm Springs on the last leg of the trip with a friend, so I'm going to attempt to RELAX. Woo hoo! :)
