Welcome Jam!

Sounds like you have a lot of motivation to quit. Congrats on already passing one week! You have past Hell Week, the most difficult week in quitting. How will you reward yourself? Rewards an important part of behaviour change so be sure to make a rewards plan. Milestone 5 of the program will help you to set a rewards plan. I encourage you to complete the entire program as it contains a lot of important information. The more you can prepare with information the more likely you will have a successful forever quit.

If you have any questions let us know. We will be here to support you every step of the way!

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

10 years ago 0 6 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi everybody, I am JAM, and I quitted smoking on October 7 at 8pm.

Main reasons:

1. Health decreased a lot, I started to have chest an back pains, difficult breathing, couldn't walk without having a quick breathing.
2. Smokes were controlling my life, couldn't be in peace if i know i couldn't smoke in a place.
3. I'm getting married in a year and i made a promise to myself that i would quit a month before my wedding, i started earlier....
4. Want to start exercising and cigarrettes were an obstacle.

I wont say "Hopefully i will quit this time" because I really quitted, there's no turn back, I am now a non smoker and forever will be.

A big greeting to everyone!
