No problem Working On It I was away. As always your support is Greatly appreciated.
One Year is Very Satisfying .
I noticed in a post that you are still having smoking dreams. I am glad that I never experienced those and I
hope they do not reoccur for you.

Hi Sly,

I feel so bad. I literally could not get on here yesterday, due to some technical glitches. I could read, but not post. And somehow I missed that this was posted early. Eek!

I am so proud of you for hitting this one year mark. There is something very satisfying about that, don't you think?

I am honored to have been able to provide whatever support you got from my posts. As I've said before, it helps me just as much, if not more, than the next person when I post.  And knowing that you got something out of my posts encouraged me to keep coming around. So it was a good thing for me, too.

Once again, so glad to see another person hit that one year mark. I'm sure that all the rewards you have planned are richly deserved.

Hey Sherry!!!

Huge congratulations to you for remaining smoke-free for one whole year (and a day)!  Wooooo Hoooo!!!  It sounds like you are rewarding yourself properly!  I'm very proud of you!

Enjoy every day of your smoke free life, but remember what it took to gain your freedom!  That should be enough to keep you on the straight and narrow, eh?

         Clinks to you this evening!

Yay Sly!  One entire trip around the sun means you've experience all the calendar 'triggers' at least once - like the seasonal changes and special occasions that can derail your quit and test your resolve.  What an excellent achievement you've made with an entire year quit under your belt now.  It's bean great to follow your posts as you've worked through your quit. Your thoughtful posts and kind support for others here is much appreciated!  Enjoy your ride with the top down - and relish your freedom : )

Sherry , yay for you ! At a year smoke free you have proven to yourself that you don't need to smoke under any circumstances. All the special occasions that you'll encounter in a year have come and gone. There may be experiences that arise that you haven't encountered yet but everything in it's own time. Be proud of yourself but most of all be happy with yourself. Riding around in your new mustang breathing that fresh air looks good on you. One day at a time you've made it to a year. This is a huge achievement. Excellent for you.  breather Don
