Hey Lance!!!

Hang in there, buddy!  We're all rooting for you, just take it one day at a time!  Remember to post before you smoke, ok?

You can do it Lance. You have done it before even when the odds were stacked against you.

Stay strong. We will be here for you whenever you need us.

It's okay Lance.  Have you tried going for a good long walk in nature?  It really helps digestion, attitude and clears your mind as you forge ahead with your longest quit ever from this day forward!  You can do it Lance! Catch yourself just before you light up and then Don't!  It's pretty empowering!  :)
