Only thing I learned from last quit is to don't smoke or else I am back smoking no ifs have to stay off them . That is really it know I have to say no no

Feels good as you get another day over and still not smoked . But been here before and done lot longer 5 years longer . So I am just one day at a time , see how we go thanks for post
