Dear Sparky,

As you know, you will be counting in months not days from now on!  Well done for the first and look forward to many more!
You can do it!

Congratulations, Sparky, on knocking down that first month. As I'm sure you know, it gets easier from here. Fewer impulses to smoke and less obsessing. It's nice to be free, isn't it?

Hey Sparkster!!!

One month down on a very positive sounding quit!  Keep that positive attitude going and your eyes on the prize!  It is yours for the taking!

Met to say "Just looking around"  sorry

I thought at one time that April 30th was one of my quit dates.  I found it when I was looking in the Hall of Fame.  That was my quit date 6 years ago and I was inducted into the Hall of Fame in March of 2008.  That was one of my longest quits and for my six months reward I got Mr. Kitty.  A lot has happened over the last six year.  Today there was a situation that finally cleared my plate.  I no longer have a full plate and I want to keep it that way.  The last 18 years has been interesting to say the least.

I the one thing positive in my life was when I found SSC and all the wonderful friends I have made here.  It is my hope is for those here find the friends that I found.   I may have lost many quits, but many members here have stood by me and supported me and for that I am so grateful.

Since April doesn't have 31 days I claimed one month at noon today

Keep the Quit
Sparky
