Hi to all who responded and thanks for your encouraging messages. It really is so helpful to know that so many of you are with me on this. I just wish I wasn't so miserable but hopefully that will improve soon.
Another day on the road to freedom. I am going to reward myself at the weekend with some beauty treatment I hope. Off yet again to the Uk for memorial service of my late Mother in law.
It will give me the opportunity to see my children and grandchildren so that is a reward in itself..

3 months was a huge milestone for me and for many others. It seems to be a turning point for many...I hope it is for you and that each day is downhill from now on.

Significant milestone for me is that I have been three months smoke free. This is a massive achievement after fifty years of twenty a day.
Everyday is still tough, but I must continue one day at a time. Feeling physically better but am a psychological wreck. My children are so proud of me getting this far, I cannot let them down. I am going to continue working at it as best I can.
I have read some inspiring stuff here today, well worth the visit!
No smoking for me today!
