Hi Sparky,

Sorry to hear about your bad dreams! Take care of yourself, you're sick and your quitting smoking; give yourself permission to relax. Remember quitting smoking is the most important, productive thing you can do so give it priority.

Keep on staying strong! You are doing great.

Hope this finds everyone doing okay this morning.

I am using the patch for the first few weeks and last night I forgot to take it off before I went to bed.  Oh my the bad dreams , I won't make that mistake again.

Still fighting a nasty cold  and really really need to be outside and start cleaning the yard.  Maybe just a little today.

Have a smoke free day and make it a good one.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
