Dearest Sparky,

I've been away for a while so did not know about Dewey.  My heart goes out to you.  Your efforts at quitting during the fight against Cancer were so brave.
How about taking time for yourself and work on a plan of action.  We will be here for you any time you choose to be right.  Your husband will be watching over you and will be very honoured to have your quit dedicated to him.

Do make the positive changes for yourself, just try not to rush things.  I'm watching your back my friend, and sending fond cyber thoughts and prayers in your direction.

Love Lolly.

Hello Sparky,

I am really sorry to hear about your loss and I know this must be a difficult time for you. I hope that you find the support you need here to help you achieve this goal you have set. I am sure that your husband would be very proud of you. Sending you strength and courage today.

I really don't know where to begin.  It has been a long time since I have been here and now I am ready to quit again.  Our journey (husband) came to an end in January.  We had been battling brain cancer for the last three years. He passed away on Jan. 5th. To say the least I found it very hard to stay quit although I did try a few times.   It will  three months and time for me to make some positive changes for myself.  I would really like to honor him and myself with a final quit.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
