Dear Brent,

I had mixed emotions when I saw your name.....Sad that you had to return to us, and happy that you chose to come back!

Don't feel weak about your addiction.....all of us felt that way at one time or another.  It's a serious addiction and needs all your concentration and determination to overcome its hold on you.  Stay with us as you have done in the past!

One day at a time is the way to go as you know.  This time do not be sidetracked into any weakness.  The nicodemon is just waiting round each corner.  Stay strong and...
Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!

Holy moly, Brent! I just looked at your quit meter. According to my calculations, it is costs nearly one pound per cigarette where you live!  For the U.S. and Canadian folks reading this, one English pound = about $1.50. I think that alone would motivate me to keep my quit.

Hey Buddy!

Welcome back again!  Stick close, yell, stomp your feet and vent!  In the long run, it will be a lot better for you than smoking!  Pull those big boy panties on and let's get 'er done!!!  Like Working On It, I'm also waiting to hear the rest of the rantings from the Mad Englishman!

I've seen many quit buddies return and leave and return again to finally kick that demon's ash!  You can do it Brent!  Let this be YOUR  time to shine!!!  We're all rooting for you!

I'm glad you came back. I wondered what had happened to you. Plus, I never really got to read all the ravings of a mad Englishman.

I think you can get in it to win it this time. You've done this before, so you already know the drill.  Just check out all the quitting tools and the personal program, regroup, and start again.

Hi Brent,

I am so glad the App helped you - reading that made my day! But please know that you did it! You just needed a little reminder is all.

You are certainly not too weak nor is it too late. You deserve to feel healthy and proud of yourself for beating this. We will help you fight this! Just don't give up. Post and read as often as you can. I'm looking forward to reading about your success!

Thanks guys, the first reply back popped up on the phone app just as I was thinking about buying another pack of cigars. Got me through it and I didn't.

Welcome back Brentw1.I was wondering about you.I remember reading your posts from your last
battle here.I remember that you had some very good reasons to quit and I hope you find the strength this time.
It is a very hard battle and no one should be embarrassed if they do not succeed at their first attempts.
The key is that we keep trying.I hope you have read over your old posts and that you will continue to add new ones. You can do this.
N.O.P.E.
Sherry
