What is snus ? Is it safe ?

Hello Skold,

Welcome to the group.

Snus is not safe. It is a form of chewing tobacco, it is linked to oral cancer and a increased mortality rate. Just like any tobacco product it is addictive.

Hey Skold!

Welcome to the SSC!  From what I have read, it is a smokeless tobacco product from Sweden, similar to other smokeless products found around the world under different names.  It's just another addictive nicotine delivery substance.  Do a Google search on it and other smokeless tobacco substances if you are interested in learning more about it.
