Original Post by: RosesThere was something very beautiful about your words here, Roses. Maybe it's because I have seen what a struggle this has been for you. And I know how you have persevered. And I think that we all can heal in our own ways as long as we maintain a positive attitude like yours.
Hello Paigelinsey,Sorry I don't have a answer but I would see a doctor if this does not improve...I have had a lot of health problems since I quit smoking..They were probably there all along in my case I just didn't notice because I was too busy smoking like a chimney..I thought all my health problems were caused because I smoked and would go away when I quit. This may have been true if I had quit 2, 10, 20, or 43 years ago but there has been damage done..I mean how could I not be in perfect condition now that I quit smoking..The fact is that some of the damage didn't go away immediately when I quit..It does takes time for the body to heal and this process doesn't happen overnight...I think we are all still healing in one way or another from this nasty smoking habit..It does get better in time they say.Stay Quit..Red...
