Dear SLY,

What a great and positive post to read as we head towards 1 Jan.2013!  I do hope you will inspire others here at SSC with your words, and, by your actions, your relations!

Well done....it feels great to that first 100 days doesn't it?!   Congratulations!

Christmas is almost here and I know I am going to be way to busy the next couple weeks to think about smoking so I am wishing you all
a wonderful smoke free Christmas and continued Strength in your quits.

Hey Sherry!!!

Keep spreading the word, in a subtle, way on about all the positives you have experienced on your journey.  You may still be able to put a bug in someone's ear and have a positive influence on someone quit!  Now, that's a great Christmas present to give to someone!

It feels Wonderful Ashley.
I can remember when I started , my goal was to make 3 days then a week ,10 days ,2 weeks ,a month .
Now here it is over 100 days and I know there is no going back now.I feel very confident and powerful.
Looking back it really did not take long for me to feel good about giving up a 40 year habit.I am finding
I am not even needing the substitutes I had put in place, like my tictac that I took for the cig that I would have driving to work.
Now I am just hoping that my loved ones that still smoke can see how much better I feel and have the convidence to quit too.
Again a Great big Thank You to All here for their sharing and support. which was a great help for me.
Christmas is almost here and I know I am going to be way to busy the next couple weeks to think about smoking so I am wishing you all
a wonderful smoke free Christmas and continued Strength in your quits.

Hey Sly!!!

Huge congrats to you for reaching the BEACH... aka the 100 day milestone!!!  Wooooo Hoooo for you!!!    Have a seat on the beach chaise, wiggle those bare toes in the warm sand and I'll mosey on over to the Tiki Bar to get you one of those frosty beverages with the little umbrella!!!  I hope that you have thought about a great reward to mark the occasion!   You sure do deserve it!

I'll be sure to hoist a cool beverage in your honor and CLINK to you this evening!

            Way to go!!!!
