-------------Thanks Red for yoour kind words.

Here in Bolivia in order to drive you must have 0.00% alcohol in your blood, I had 0.05% so it was my fault.

Today I am feeling OK but still jumpy and cranky.....but let me tell you my reasons for quitting smoking

  1. My health
  2. My two children, and my daughter who  has a boyfriend who smokes, therefore she is beginning to
  3. Seeing my ex wife's face when she finds out I quit for good.
  4. A pack of Marlboro here in Bolivia costs  about $US 1.90, so I am not doing it for the money, but for reason No 1.
  5. A Bolivian brand like L&M goes for $us 1.20
--My stats so far and pround of it:

I have been quit for 2 Days, 16 hours, 33 minutes and 14 seconds (2 days).

I have saved $b 20,17 by not smoking 40 cigarettes.

I have saved 3 hours and 20 minutes of my life.

My Quit Date: 09/10/2012 05:30 p.m.

Hi Lynne

Thanks for your supoort.

My last quit went so well that I stopped the NRT patches by the 10th day and did not get any cravings. I knew before and after that smoking will not solve my problems. I have to start all over again. I am really hoping that this quit will be as the last one.....

Hi Carlos

Well done on making the choice to continue your journey as a non smoker.
Life if full of challenges and we must learn to use other coping strategies than smoking.
On day at a time.

Thanks Ashley, no one was hurt, but the insurance refused to pay, no wonder

I am following the same steps I have done before, nicotine patches and wellbutrin with the OK from my doc.

Six more hours to complete 48 hours of smoking free.

Feeling great but a little nervous and/or anxious and yes I know all those feelings from hell week....
