Ashley, words can't describe the feeling...it's out of this world ;)

Cameless, we've come a long way!  Holy moley, look at the life you've gained.  What a precious gift you've given yourself hour by hour

Since, there is plenty of light at the end of the tunnel.   The day will soon come when you'll realize smoking is behind you and your focus will shift to the wonderful things you can enjoy with your newfound freedom!

Speaking of freedom, I'm off to enjoy mine now.

Congratulations Pat, what an accomplishment!  I love it when I read posts such as yours to reinforce that someday I will maybe go one day without thinking of lighting up.  You're an inspiration to all of us newbies, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Those stats are mighty impressive Pat! I remember patting myself on the back if I went an hour without a smoke! Everything revolved around those little nasties! It's a different (non-smoking) world today.
All the best!

Thanks for checking in!

Congratulations on over 2000 days! That's amazing Even more amazing to hear you have not even thought about lighting up in a long time. How does it feel to have worked hard to get through this quit and succeeded?!

It's been a while since I checked my stats gang.  This morning I was talking to a co-worker about our quitting smoking.  We compared length of quits, savings and all the advantages we've gained.  I had to come and check my stats.  Wow, I'm a happy non-smoker!

Who ever thought it would be possible to go so long without even a thought about lighting up.  Even the thought of doing that now is foriegn to me!!!

All the best,
Pat
