For all those who have decided they want to quit, 
 
Some quitters found that they needed time to think about whether or not they wanted to quit. They also needed time to prepare. The first step in preparing for any quit is ask yourself: “Why am I quitting?” It’ll be especially important to remind yourself of your personal benefits of quitting when you’re experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
Each smoker has their own reasons for quitting. Many have found that reviewing their own benefits of quitting on a regular basis can help them through difficult times.
