Up to 18 days and $92.70 saved. I went and upgraded from my old talk-only flip phone to a smart phone today. It's an extra $30/ month for the service plan I chose. With what I'm saving on un-bought smokes, I'll still come out ahead!

Workin On It, for anyone those are nice round numbers. We all had to make it to ten days. It was an accomplishment. Those earlier days are much, much harder to get than the days are now.  Congrats!

Just realized that I am up to 1 Day of life added and not just 1 hour. I misread the quit meter. That adds up more quickly than I thought, too.

As for how I feel.... Well, since I very gradually cut down on the smoking and then did the big quit on the NRT's, I've experienced benefits all along the way. Even before my last cigarette, I was breathing a lot easier. The yellowing on my fingers had already gone away, too. The main difference I'm feeling since the big quit is a sense of calm, since my body's not constantly demanding a nicotine adjustment.

Congrats on 10 days!

It does add up quickly doesn't it? What about the stuff that can't be calculated? How great do you feel after 10 days?
