The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr because it showed me that if I didn't need cigarettes from the time I was born until I became addicted why would I need them now ? The answer is that I don't need them and never have. Also I find the great thinkers helpful like Plato , Socrates , etc. breather

The Easy Way to Quit Smoking, By A Carr.  Excellent read, very motivational and helped me to realize quitting smoking shouldn't be looked at as a horribly hard thing to do, but an exciting change that will offer so many benefits.  Awesome Book!
