Well I'm late for the Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday Stats Parade - but I'm marching along this fine Thursday morning with all you great quitters with your flippin' awesome stats - and adding my 345 days to the parade!
You were my idol when I quit in 2004....you were soooo far ahead, and your posts helped me so much. Now 10 years is a truly great anniversary, so Massive Congratulations!
I just realized this morning that I missed a large quit goal......I have not smoked for 10 years! it's been so long that I seldom think of it, still.....I am gonna wave a flag today and celebrate a bit!
Great going to all quitters.....I would have never made it without this site!

Ten years, one week, 21 minutes and 22 seconds. 219540 cigarettes not smoked, saving $31,284.57. Life saved: 2 years, 4 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours, 0 minutes.
Tuesday is a good day to march in a stat parade, too!!! I love my1406 smoke-free days, but those 35,000+ cancer sticks not smoked is the stat that amazes me more! I'm betting that my lungs look a lot better now, too! Anyone else have a stat to share that you are proud of?
William - Free and Healing for Ten Months, Fourteen Days, 6 Hours and 46 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 38 Days and 22 Hours, by avoiding the use of 11210 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $5,111.42.
