Introducing myself

Awesome quit you have going there, Mama Bear! I'm sure the cravings are different now that you don't have the patch, but keep doing the same stuff you did to get those 55 days of clean breathing! Before you know it, you'll have 2 months. You go, girl! DeniseK

Hey Mama Bear!!!

Welcome to the SSC and congratulations on both your awesome 55 smoke-free days and for your first day of freedom from nicotine!!!  Check out the program and go through the milestones.  Although you have already been kicking that nico-demon's ash for some time now, I'm sure you'll find some great advice for the current issues that you are now dealing with!  Also, read and learn from your new quit buddies here on the forums!  There is absolutely a wealth of information on almost every subject pertaining to quitting here on the forums!  Please be sure to reward yourself often, too!!!  Being off nicotine, your brain is craving, so appease those neurotransmitters with something special that makes you happy!  Oh, and reward yourself often!  You deserve it!

Again, way to go Mama Bear!!!

                  Jim

Hi Everyone!
I have just started my 8th week  without ciggies and my first day without any nicotine. I used the patch to step the addiction down.
Having a few issues today, NO energy and kinda grumpy. It's also the first day I have even thought about slipping....SCARY!!!
