Magpie,

I  was looking for a post that was written long ago suggesting ways to distract when you have an urge to smoke.  I could not find it but if I do I will post it. You can serach on "distractions" and see what you can find.  This is a nope post.   You can do this.  I read that you work at home.  So you smoke in a favorite chair?  Get rid of the chair and/or move your work area to another part of your place.  Basically change your environment upside down.  Think of yourself as a new person.
