    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Hello to all, I haven't posted in a while but just had to check in and convey my appreciation to this site and the people who helped me.
On Friday 11/11/11, I had an anniversary.  Ten years since I put the cigarettes down.  I don't regret a day. I should say to anyone who is trying to do this, I'm a miracle and you can be too.  Use the tools here.  Stay in touch with the site, don't hide anything, tell someone what is going on inside you and most important, remember this is a one day at a time deal.  I quit for one day, then tried it again the next day and with some prayer, days turned into weeks turned into months turned into years.  Thank you and good luck.... Joe D.
