Hi Vincenza, Something I noticed about secondhand smoke is that when I am exposed to it for any length of time now the next day I seem to cough up a lot , as if my lungs have regained some ability to clear themselves out. It lasts just a little while that day and that is it.

Smoke that’s created from burning tobacco products is known to be second-hand smoke or environmental tobacco smoke.  When enclosed, tobacco smoke is very harmful to both smokers and non-smokers.

Have you been affected by second-hand smoke?  How have you dealt with it?
