When I quit smoking, I found positive affirmations really really helpful. I came across some of them today while cleaning out old files, so I decided to share them with you!
I do NOT smoke!
My lungs are strong and healthy, I am able to breathe deeply and fully.
I am a non smoker and I am proud of myself!
I have more energy and stamina than ever before, I enjoy life and I am glad to be here.
When I see or even think of a cigarette, I automatically hear the words "I do not smoke" - and I don't.
I am in control of myself and eveything I do. I always do what is best for me, ,y self and my future.
I am not going to let one little cigarette run my life!
I enjoy breathing fresh clean air, being healthy and being in control of my body and mind.
I do not see smoking as being strong, intelligent or glamorous in any way. I see it for what it really is - poison, and it has No place in my life.

Quitting smoking is a choice - I choose to be smoke free.
