Humble,

Buy the cleaning lady a coffee and explain your predicament!  This is normal and it will pass, sometimes you have a bad day!

Your doing great!

Now make sure you use some relaxation techniques on yourself!

Well I can't find where I used to post but I will not smoke today anyway.

You're so right, Humble. Smoking wouldn't dry up the water, get the cleaning lady to get the shop vac, or make you feel any better. Glad you got that and did whatever else you had to do. Hope things are drying up. That sucked!

Has anybody mentioned loosing your cool?  I did it today.  The water was turned off without warning.  The cleaning lady turned the tap on in the apartment over me and finding no water left the apartment.  I was on my way out for a walk when I heard water rushing from upstairs.  I rushed up and turned the tap off and tried to mop up the water.  The manager had decided to get lost today.  I yelled for the cleaning lady to fetch the shopvac.  She did nothing.  I screamed my head off and said some not nice things to her for all the neighbour to hear.  They were shocked!  This is not like me at all.  It's been a hectic week.
SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION!

That sounds like a great reward! And won't it be nice to not be smoking when you're with them, or not taking breaks to go out and smoke. Hope you're safe this weekend. Plan for other stress relievers too, okay?

This weekend i'm staying home due to the hurricane that's going to hit me. But next weekend I'm going to see my kids.

Good deal! I saw you and your sweetie went out to dinner. Glad you've already grasped the importance of rewards. And look at all the money you've saved! What are you going to do for yourself this weekend? I'm going to try to find a thread that'll give you some ideas for low cost or free rewards in case you need some ideas.
