Yay Humble ! you're coming to the part when you begin to smile and think....Hey there is life after smoking! The same life I always had but ... cleaner, more natural....my natural life. As Eyja would say... add me to the list of your admirers.

How great that you are walking every day and taking care of yourself as you deal with those cravings. It's good you're keeping your mind off the nasty stuff & listening to beautiful music instead! Good for you Humble : ) Eyja
Many thanks good people. I bought two adjustable hiking poles and walk to the park every day and along the river. The cravings are getting fewer and my daughter sent me a small 'Headrush' thingy with twenty-five hours of gentle music which keeps my mind off nasty stuff and onto 'life is beautiful'.
I lay on the couch for a short nap. Had not what I'd call a dream as it was very short but vivid~a vignette. "The bus is moving along and comes to my stop. The lady driver with white hair waves good bye to the brown haired one." Ok, speaking of 'the saint with two bodies' as yogananda does,-~I,~ upon awakening realize the the white haired lady (who's in charge) is waving to the other, bidding her adieu. They are both Me. MEANING: I am taking charge of my life, giving the wave to the addicted self. Ain't that a wonder.
