Ok, Eagle Fying I have sold the two cartons which I had in my freezer and have decided to take the plunge and up my quit date.  I am just so sick and tired of being super hyper nervous and afraid and making excuses.  My exceptionally fine good neighbour who is an ex-smoker is here for me and understands how emotional I can get.  I will allow myself to cry if I feel like it, instead of screaming my head off I'll go to the park and sing myself silly.  I'm going for the brass ring come what may.  With you and the others behind me I'll recite my learned mantra:  I cannot fail!  Why?  I'll tell you why.  Because I have Faith, Courage and Enthusiasm.
Thank You is not enough to express my gratitude but having you share in my Victory is proof enough.
So, let's get the show on the road.  I have some paperwork to do in setting up a new quit day.
Wings Away.

I smoked too much while watching movies so when I went to bed I couldn't
sleep,- endorphines on a roll.  The good thing is that I got down to 17 all day
yesterday. Myth of Sisyphus, up one step; back down two.  I really am experimenting and
is fact that my life has been a constant high on addictions of one sort and
another; not living in the real world but rather a world of defense mechanisms
and fantasies.  That trip to be so tough while in actual fact a cream puff
mentality throughout the journey.  The question now, Is there a real, me behind
the facade and will I like her after recovery.  Remains to be seen.

Humble, You will absolutely LOVE yourself ! When you stop putting Any and ALL nicotine into your body for a few days you will begin to see what life can be like. Stick with us through the tough times and you will find a WONDERFUL new life on the other side! But you must adhere to one rule -Not One Puff   EVER !!!!

Good idea!  I'll start today.  At the rate I'm going I may quit before my quit day; wouldn't that be grand.A gift to myself and my family.  TY

Are thoughts lurking in the back of your head?  Is there something troubling you? Write it down.  We spoke about journaling and writing down your thoughts and emotions, yet occasionally, there just isn’t the time, so point form!

Have your fun pad and pen near by!

Did you come to a realization?
Did your mood change?
Do you see a pattern?
How is your mood today?
What are you eating?
Are you angry?
Are you happy?
Did you reach a goal?

That’s right it is all relative!

Take the weekend and sort it out, knowing your triggers, emotions, situations, and food consumptions can move you forward and help better assess your situation.
