That's another pippin Duffis.  Ever so patiently and without fanfare, you show up here and offer a kind stable influence with many good concepts to start the day off.  I am only one who appreciates you very much here at SSC  : )

Thank you very much Eyja.  If I help only one person with my being here at SSC then my time and effort are greatly rewarded.  Life is really giving what you have to those that don't.  Be it love, money, time or just patience give what you can when you can.  Here is todays quip

Thanks for sleuthing out that interesting quote Duffis; Paraphrased by me: "We get what we expect from life?"  Hmm - I realize it's time for me to expect more of myself now. I quit smoking 2 1/2 years ago and my life has changed in so many ways since then - I don't expect to ever fall back on that destructive addiction . . . but now I am finding ever more expansive ways to move forward and contribute things I can to my community.  It is a blessing to have breath, health and increased energy - and to expect myself to push the envelope even more is exactly what is needed! It's scary sort of . . . but with my nicely recovered heart working much better for me, I have the constitution for it now! Hugs to you Duffis; Thanks for your thoughtful input at SSC : ) Eyja
