Had a hiccup - back on track starting tomorrow

Jumping right back on the wagon...its a great move!  I felt like you, even though I was smoking, I really HATED it, and it sounds like you do too!
Take this journey in baby steps.  In the beginning...one minute, one hour, one crave at a time.  You're going to love yourself for doing this!

Congrats, Nancy! You've had enough. That's the point I had to reach too.

I also lost a quit here, in March I think, and came back after a few months. :)

NancyB, so glad you see you jump back up on the horse!  Figure out what caused you to smoke on Saturday, then update your quit plan so you are prepared if that situation arises again.

Hi NancyB,

What's important is that you aren't giving up!  Starting again is the best decision and with your determination you will do it.

What triggered you to have a smoke on Saturday?  If the situation arises again, what will you do to handle things differently?

I messed up Saturday ... Just gave in. The funny thing is I'm actually starting to really hate smoking - not just because I'm disappointed in myself...but I truly realized I actually don't like smoking. I liked seeing myself as a non-smoker. I really regret giving in to the craving....starting the quit again!!
