Hi Catkin,

Congratulations on your decision to be smoke-free,  it's the best decision you'll ever make!
There will definitely be ups and downs during your quit and the best way to stay strong and keep focused is to visit this site often and have a plan for how to deal with cravings when they arise.
You'll find the members here are very supportive and can offer lots of good advice based on their own experience of choosing to live smoke-free.
Keep posting with us and let us know how you feel Day 1!
