Isn't it crazy how you can fall back into smoking.  Started smoking after a two year quit, so finally decided NOPE.  Not one puff ever.  I know if I do, I am in danger of being a full blown smoker again.  Use this experience as motivation to NOPE, because it works.

Welcome back tlw1962!

We will be happy to support you through this.  Read through the program again to refresh your memory.  How else will you be preparing for your quit date?

What lessons have you learned from your relapse? What will you be doing differently this time?

Welcome back tlw 724! You're lucky coming back after only a year of smoking. Lots of us never come back! I went back to smoking and it took years for me to even give another thought to quitting! I went back because I let my addiction take over and decide everything I was going to do and how and when I was going to do it! You know the drill. You do have a choice today!
All the best!

Hi.  I used this site 5 years ago and a couple other aids to stop smoking.  I stayed smoke-free for 4 years and now I am a full blown smoker again!  How did I let this happen?  I am ready to take this journey again and wanted to come back to SSC, where I always received lots of  support and great advice, it was a huge part of my success in quitting.  I am still smoking, Monday, 7/18 is my quit date.  Thanks!  tlw724
