Thanks, Rock, Everybody -- Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be... I think I just need to adjust my attitude and stop preparing for the worst!
VERY glad that Monday is back, and Dunedude and I should be about done with hell week.  I haven't talked to him, so I'll check the boards to see how he's doing, too!

Thanks, everybody!  Boy did I ever give off some wrong impressions!!  I'll be working on Sunday too, from about 7 am until 1 or so in the afternoon, on some decidedly not x-rated activities!  But that's a good thing.
I celebrated my first smokeless Friday night in long time by hitting the gym for some cardio on my way home from the day job, then meeting spouse for dinner.  Did not clean the house, which is what I usually do on Friday nights, so the Sunday is pretty well mapped out.  No time for moping here!  (Too busy mopping!)  (Sometimes I just crack myself up.)

Y'all have a great weekend!  I'll be in and out....

Great ideas everyone!

Having a goal to get through the week-end makes it better when there is a reward at the end!

Peteg...seems like your all alone...this is a good thing!

How about a massage, mani/pedi, facial, hike, long bath with a great book!

Sleep in and know that we are behind you every step of the way!

Just curious peteg:
what do you do to reward yourself/mark the end of your work on Saturdays? I know that was a big one for me. I used to take a walk, have that glass of wine, but sit in a different spot, argue out loud with myself...I always won....hahaha.

How about Sunday alone time? Please, there are some things I might not want TMI on, but anything not X rated you have planned? other than tuning in here that is. Sad that there's not as much entertainment here as in days gone by, but at least there's some activity. Hmmm...I never thought about this one, but maybe taking up a hobby involving flammables would help? Firedancing, fire sword swallowing? Burning Man sculpture making?

Eya,do you have a printed out list or anything to refer to in case your resolve weakens at the pj party? How about a quit guardian that will promise to talk some sense into you, stick an apple in your mouth, or whatever is needed if you start caving?

Ahhhhhh Yesssss! the WEAK-END loooooms! Da da da - Dummmm!  HI GUYS! I know of the inner fear you speak of - oh Peanutless Post(er Boy)! The long timer Quits here just advise to go it 1craving at at time - just get through that 1- then, you have that 1 success under your belt - just 1 NOPE at a time!  You have lots of March Quitters here to join in the SSC ballroom gala don't forget!! Where are ya Marbles??? Aloha too!  Ron??   I know I'm going to make it thru my girlfriend PJ party this weekend! Sans smoke!  Just gonna say NOPE!  Looking fwd to your Monday morning stats that all is well Peteg!  You Can do it! BTW - what the heck does 'snowing' have to do with smoking???  That one's gotta be your junkie Bing-Bonging you about the snowpile - maybe you ought to go and bong for some apples and think about that innerestin' association! here's some  to melt your snow?

My worst time in every quit is weekends.  This one is going to be particularly challenging because I have a ton of appointments and obligations on Saturday; when they're all done, I will definitely want to chill with a cigarette and a glass of wine; it's what I do.  Then we have snow coming, and who doesn't smoke when it snows??  Finally, spouse will be out babysitting the grandbaby on Sunday, and arrested-developmental adolescent that I am, I will be able to sneak away all I want without ever being caught!

I THINK I have the emergency coping plan in place, I think I've identified the triggers, I KNOW I remember what it's like to blow a quit, regardless of how long or short it was, but I'm still a little afraid of myself.  I HOPE I can report in on Monday that all is well!  (I guess it would be smarter to say, "I'm looking forward to reporting in on Monday that all is well.)

Thanks for letting me vent...
