10 years ago...2002   Piece of advice...Quit Smoking NOW!  In fact I wish that 20 or 30 years ago I had listened to that advice!

10 years into the future...I will be so happy to reach that point having fought cancer for the past 3 years.  If I make that 10 years I will have only one piece of advice...Keep doing what you are doing 'cos' it's working.  Keep fighting and remain positive!

I would say to my past self, "Don't wait until 2005.  Go get the Wellbutrin and quit smoking now!"
Note that it wasn't until 2003 that I had the "cancer" scare that started my quit process.

I believe my future self would say to me, "Don't worry.  It will all work out just fine.  It must if I'm here to talk to you, er, me, uhh, you, hmm.  Dagnab it.  I'm too old for this temporal anomaly stuff."

Members,

1.    If you had the opportunity to go back in time 10 years and give yourself one piece of advice what advice would you give yourself?
2.    If you could talk to yourself 10 years in the future what advice do you think they would give you now?

Take some time to think about your answers and please post your thoughts!
