This trip sounds great Rock, I will be hitting the Resort Spa first thing, I am in dire need of a massage...

Okay now, I'll go to dinner with ya at the Cowboy Ciao, but I'll tell you right now, that menu sounds a little out of my box, you guys may have to hog tie me and just order for me.

I'm up for that hike (for about an hour) I'll meet you guys 19 hours later back at the Resort Spa.

I'm looking forward to hanging out by fire with all you guys, meeting Dewey and sharing in some delightful conversation.

Great trip Rock and great food! It is warm there so I can bring the Bike. I will meet everyone in the Nonsmoking bar car. First round is on me. Lets get every one on board. Thanks for another great trip Rock.

Count me in Rock!!! I've been to Arizona once before to vsit my sister and her husband. They are called snowbirds and they spend all their winters in Arizona Apachee Junction....Maybe I'll jump of the train and visit my sister and come back home in the spring.....

Scottsdale, AZ!!! I think we all could use some warm weather, so hopefully temperatures will warm up for our trip this week! We'll stay at the Westin Kierland Resort, famous for their golf course and spa. We will visit the Desert Botanical Gardens, the Scottsdale Museum of Modern Art, and for those who like to gamble, the Casino Arizona! For dinner, we'll head over to Cowboy Ciao, famous for their Modern American menu with Southwestern and global influences. I recommend the Pig n' pudding, which is pulled pork in a chipotle/balsamic bbq sauce served with creamy polenta, toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbly cojita cheese, and dried cranberries). For dessert, the Bread Pudding with dried cherries, pine nuts, and praline sauce sounds delicious. Don't worry, we'll burn off dinner at the hotel gym. We can also go for hikes around the resort, and I hear that a good hike burns off 500 calories an hour! We may need to hike for 20 hours, but I think that dinner is worth it!

The Kierland has outdoor firepits where you wrap yourself up in Navajo blankets, so we'll all hang out at a fire after dinner and toast our non-smoking successes with our favorite beverages! Come on everybody, join the train ride this week! All Aboard!!!
