I have the same problem. I don't know if it is common in panic disorder, but yes I do experience this at times. I don't like it but I don't know what to do. I am taking herbal supplements and chinese medicine supplements. I think it helps, but my main problem is that I don't feel comfortable yet about driving and walking alone in the streets. I wish someone would help me with this. Because I did not want to take regular meds, my doctor is not being very supportive of me. I had this before and it took me seven years to finally recuperate. Unfortunately, when I lost my Dad last year I was thrown right back into them. I rely completely on my husband for transportation. Occasionally, I take the bus to appointments. Sometimes, it's easy, sometimes not, especially, when it is about that time of month.
