Wow, nice illustration, Charm..especially good for newly quit people to hear. I remember I used to check that graph thing a lot, just to remind myself it was getting easier.

A GIANT congrats on those 100 days!!!!

You were right, Freedomby30, my December 'Cravings Diary Graph' looks a lot better than November or October.

For the most part, days were between 0-3, except for the 13th, when I had to take ex-hubby to court, even then it only went to a 5.

And, Ashley, before you ask:

5=a rough day.
3=a good day.
0=a great day.

Ashley, a simple and 'to the point' answer to what the difference is between 10 and 4 would be:

10 = Crazy...hurts...pulling out hair...screaming...pulling out someone else's hair... more screaming...

4 = Just a 'thought' then it goes away.

Very nice Charm!

Just curious what is different between a 10 and a 4 for you?

That's excellent to hear!  Congrats!  I think we all know that it gets easier but in the moment it's hard to think that far ahead!  Here to another month coming up...I bet you will find even lower numbers this month!  Congrats on a job well done!

I looked at my graph for October (first month I quit) and it looks like a roller coaster trail . Going from levels 5 to 10 all month long...

I then looked at my graph for November (second month I've been quit) and, yes, it still looks like a roller coaster trail . However, the levels were only from 1 to 4 all month long...

The moral of this story is:  IT DOES GET EASIER, SEE .
