Hi,

Once you are logged in, from the home page, click on Personal Profile near the top left corner of the screen. That is where you set your quit date. To have the Freedometer show up on your posts, click on Public Settings in the top middle of the screen and find the option there.

Welcome, Ojmas,

I think you have come to the right place. Congratulations on taking the first step of this journey towards an easier-breathing you!

Have you started reading the program and doing the activities? They will be quite helpful to you in the next few weeks so I do encourage you to get started as soon as you can. Starting your Quit Meter and setting some daily goals can be helpful in keeping yourself accountable to your end result. Do you have some supportive people in your life that will be cheerleading for you?

Post again soon!

I have tried many times to quit smoking. I have COPD and it is killing me. I want to breathe and I want to quit smoking. So, here I go again.
