Thanks for starting this thread.

Having a reward each day helps the process of smoking more manageable and enjoyable. A reward can be having a hot bath/shower,  a favorite meal, taking a long walk or watching a favorite TV show.

Long term rewards can be re decorating your home or a vacation.

Members, were looking forward to all your suggestions! Keep them coming!

I have rewarded myself with 2 classic books for my reading pleasure. I plan on using my reward money that I am saving in a jar for either our next vacation or some serious clothes shopping...or maybe both!

Hi Everyone,

As we all know we are doing a wonderful thing by giving up such a bad and poisonous habit. So we all deserve to give ourselves rewards, both in small and big ways keep us motivated.

Here please share your ideas of reward, how u have rewarded yourself so far, new ideas of rewards, your future plans etc so that we newbies can also learn from your experiences
