What went right today!

Today was a very pleasant day. I took care of my domestic needs. I didn't go to the gym, and I think I needed the time off. (Normally I don't take time off on Thursdays, so it felt different.) I used the time to grocery shop, do laundry, clean the house, bake a loaf of gluten-free bread, and to make a small pot of bean/vegetable soup. I feel that I accomplished a lot and just feel like I'm dong my best overall.

Members,

We are continually taught that when we do not reach our goals, we should assess the situation to see where we went wrong so that we can learn from our mistakes.  While this is helpful, many psychologists feel that we should spend just as much time and effort analyzing our successes as we do our mistakes.

So members, what have you done right today to stick to your goals?  How can you learn from today’s success?

As always, please share your thoughts.
