Wow, how fast the time went by. I'm proof you can quit smoking after 30 plus year of smoking 2 plus packs a day. I didn't even really want to quit when i started this a year ago! I never thought i would quit, i never really wanted to. Thanks to everyone here who replied to my posts over the year and offered support. You are a big part of my success!!
