Thank you everyone!

I have been giving myself many small rewards as time has gone by. Small treats here and there lately.

The begining of this journey was tough, but as time went on, it became easier and easier all the time. I was told this many times by all the members here, who gave me support and encouragement.

I was so very fortunate to find the SSC. I feel the kindness, compassion and help recieved from the health educators and the members was the biggest part of my success. This is a great support system and you feel good to be on this journey with the others.

In ways this is more than a support group. I feel everyone is a friend and many have become more so.

I am truly honored to be the HOF recipient as well as being a part of this group.
