Here's my sweet additions:
-I love to put a bit of cinnamion into my coffee filter with coffee grounds in the morning.  It tastes a bit sweet and smells delicious.
-I enjoy sipping on chocolate herbal tea!
-Eating frozen raspberries or blueberries or grapes
-Eating apple slices with a bit of almond butter

Happy Halloween

Hi Members,

Halloween is just a few days away and we will all have lots of candy around the house.  Avoiding this temptation while quitting can be tough.  Members how do you avoid over indulging in candy this season.  What do you snack on as a substitute?
