You're right! Time flies. I can clearly remember just how much you struggled throughout the first few months of your quit, but we promised you that it would get much easier and you hung in there, and it did. This is yours! Celebrate it.

Wow, time flies when you are a non smoker. I passed a year and wasnt paying attention.
