Me too, Charm, for what it's worth... but I remember past quits where the cravings would come up out of nowhere, even months into the quit.  The longer we go, though, the shorter they last.  It will be good when your son stops; removing that temptation should ease things a lot.  Best to you both....

Ashley,

Are you having a hard time? Yes, I am.

How are you coping? Reading posts on this site, watching tv, playing a few games on my computer, drinking a bottle of water.

What triggered it? My son got up this morning, got a cup of coffee, went outside to his truck to smoke. I just went out there where he was and said "Give me one..I can't handle you smoking and me not." So he didn't and threw away the 2 he had left and said it wasn't worth me starting back and he was going to quit and stay quit. We'll see. He has gone to work now, so no cigs around here.

I really thought cravings would be less by now, instead, for me they are getting more..

More to come...and thanks for asking...

Members,

Are you having a hard time?

Take the time to post how you are doing, even if it is not positive. We learn from one another and the members may be able to give you some support and advice to help you through.

Prepare for those tough times and learn from the previous ones.  You have the pieces to complete the puzzle, let us work together to finish it.
