Thanks guys!
It's good to see you here Sparky.  You'll nail it this time...I'm so proud of you for never quitting on quitting.

Breather, lol I do have a bucket list but it gets longer every time I turn around.    It's good to see you here...I bet you feel fantastic.

Dave!  How nice to see you still here giving back and having fun!

Brenda, you've come such a long way it's hard to believe you're already coming up on 2 years.  You go girl!

Josie, it's amazing that you're still here patiently helping so many people quit!  All my quit buddies are well thanks and I sure plan to see them as soon as time and schedules permit.  I believe today there will be a first time, real life meeting between a couple of my favourites.  One is a past Hall of Famer...and a one wannabe Hall of Famer.  I'll bet they have a wonderful time in downtown Toronto tonight :)

All the best,
Pat

Hello lady Very inspiring. Doesn't sound like you're going to need a bucket list. There's a difference between dreaming and living it. Excellent for you. breather

And hello to all the new quitters too!

I wanted to drop in to see some of my dear friends and I'm not surprised to see a bunch of you still here offering support and encouragement to old and new quitters alike.

Time is limited for me these days, what with earning a living and enjoying all the wonderful new things my life of not smoking is bringing me!!!  How fortunate I was to graduate from school, then take a trip to meet 9 of my quit buddies at Myrtle Beach in May.  I moved to my new home right afterwards and spent the summer working at a beautiful, remote fishing lodge in the British Columbia wilderness.  Then I went on a vacation to Hawaii and spent some quality time with a friend I met right here at SSC!

Today I rode my new 21 speed bicycle for the first time...what a hoot having this bicycle is going to be!  Call it my 3 & 3/4 year reward, but it sure was nice to hop on and feel the wind in my hair and the  on my face.  It's funny how smoking never enters my mind anymore unless I see someone doing it and I feel sad for them because they haven't found the knowledge to replace the fear and been able to break free.

Speaking of being free, I'm off to chase some 's!
All the best,
Pat
