Not my first rodeo...hopefully my last

Well I'm glad that Brenda is your Cheerleader! She is an inspiration and a good rational Cheer-U-Upper to boot! Unlike me - who would have you burn your mouth on raw cinnamon sticks and pour water over your head (& make it cold btw!) LOL!
I guess 'lurking' has its benefits in itself Charm - I had fun reading all your 'old' posts - I got a kick out of you mentioning your new quit name 'Charm' doesn't reflect your personality! LOL!  But I don't believe that for a minute! I also quit in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007 and again a few months ago when I came here.  My hubby smokes and makes it look soooo wonderful when he lights one up around the campfire at the beach! Arggggh! That got every time before! But not this time! I am coming here to 'lurk' instead - from now on! You see 'breather' is back to cheer you on again too!
Have a good weekend Charm!  You can do it!

Well, here it is, Eya, my very first post (this round).

I re-read all of it and thought of all the help and support that was given me.

I still thank:
Cristinas for "loved your attitude", I can only hope I still have it...
Josie for reminding me I can have the "Hall of Fame" as a new goal.
Rock for bringing up the rewards program.
Breather for having the H.A.L.T quote (helped me so much)
Ron for giving me a new reward to celebrate my next "first" year.

Still lurking...

Charm,
I'm sure this will be your last rodeo.  As you have learned having that one on your anniversary turned into a long relapse.  Stories like this are so important for me to learn because sometimes I do think if having one could be all that bad???  Well it is and thanks for reminding me of that. So on your next anniversary we are going to have a much better reward planned than having that one. In the meantime get out your tools, holler if need be, and take it one day at a time. You can do it.. Ron
