I have rewarded myself by booking extra trips watching my beloved Man City Fc.

Also...no techniques used as I cannot understand why I ever smoked...is it the Champix pills making me feel this way??? They are amazing...don`t want to be too confident but I just feel as tho` its soooooooo over.

My Carbon monoxide readings was 28...down to 14 in week 2 and now 5....UNREAL!!

What`s it like when the course of tabs finishes I ask myself???

But as of today, 4 weeks done and feel great!!

Let week 5 commence!!!
