I am feeling better already.  I have allot of motivation to remain smoke free as I am soon to have surgery and I want my lungs to be as strong as they can.  I want to live and see my grand kids accomplish great things.  I try to focus on these things and try to stay busy.  I do seem to be munching all the time and I must admit that there has been a little chocolate in the mix. but I mostly try to keep healthy snacks around and drink  plenty of water.  It is very helpful to come here and post and read what others have to say.  For all the newbies....keep at it...it does get better.
