It is good to hear that you have found a way to overcome cravings, thank you for sharing that with us. Milestone 4 of the program: Getting Ready to Quit, offers many suggestions on overcoming cravings and temptation. Be sure to work through the milestones and share what sections you find helpful.

Anyone out there with bad cravings?  Simple answer.  Go to Google Images and search "lung cancer".  Spend 5 minutes looking at the pictures of cancerous and blackened lungs*.  Your cravings will disappear and you will have a new motivation for your efforts!  It really works!

* warning: you may feel very sick at this point.
