Summer time fun!

Being active has really helped me.  I have been on some hikes with my husband and taken bike rides with my family.  It also reminds me how hard it is to breathe and I am so happy I don't smoke anymore.

Members,

Summer is a fun time that can be packed with great activities, barbeques, picnics, get-togethers and cottages.

While enjoying the summer with your friends and family don’t be afraid to say “no”. If anyone offers you a cigarette tell them about you new lifestyle and how good you’re feeling. Embrace these changes by being active and encouraging others to get active with you.

What are some great summer activities that you can do to replace smoking?
